I am a PhD candidate at Peking University. I have been fortunate to be supervised by Prof. Yang Li, Prof. Xiangyu Zhao, Prof. Hongkui Deng, Prof. Yuan Zhou, and Prof. Qinghua Cui.
My research focuses on AI for biology and medicine, with an emphasis on stem cell and cell biology, disease diagnosis, and immunotherapy. My current research employs single-cell multi-omics to advance clinical diagnosis. My long-term goal is to develop virtual cell models that simulate cellular responses and guide therapeutic discovery.
Reading disease-associated cell states through single-cell multi-omics.
Modeling cell states and perturbation responses to guide biological discovery.
Connecting stem cell biology and immune cell engineering to therapeutic discovery.
